Kismet sits in the heart of Southern Brittany in the department of Morbihan, you easily get to us either by Plane or by Ferry. Because of its ideal situation you can walk from the gîtes to local hamlets to enjoy bars and crêperies or bring your bikes and there are slightly larger towns with lots more to see. Just short drives take you to even bigger towns where you can see wonderful architecture in many buildings, or if you like shopping, small individual shops that are quickly disappearing in the UK are still thriving here or if you prefer there are large supermarkets, all these have fresh fish counters that have so many varieties that you could eat a different one each day at very reasonable prices.
Also close by is the local biscuit factory which has its own shop and don't forget that each supermarket houses a wine area plus there are lots of Caves that sell only alcohol (mostly wine) and for those who prefer something other than wine you can visit the chocolatier, where a master craftsman will show you how chocolate is made and then you can purchase some of these wonderful products.
A little further and you get to the beaches, where the ice-cream parlours sell so many different flavours you will have to keep going back to sample them all.
Within close proximity of Kismet you have a couple of skittle/bowling alleys, several swimming pools, tennis courts, fishing, boating, horse riding, walks, in-fact so much to do that you will welcome the comfort of the gîtes when you have had a busy day. To relax and enjoy the French produce you have bought at one of the many markets with a chilled glass of wine, to listen to music or watch the TV or maybe enjoying a BBQ.
